[ARCHIVED THREAD] - How to start the SBR process in IL

Anyone have a good rundown or a place to find a good rundown on the sbr process in IL. I know it requires a C&R FFL but after that I'm a bit lost.

1. C&R
2. Purchase firearm or receiver
3. Passport photo and fingerprints
4. Fill out Form 1 and submit to ATF and send a copy to local CLEO
5. Wait until stamp comes back
6. Engrave receiver
7. Build it or cut down barrel
