Saw at illinoiscarry that the wretched gun dealer state licensing bill is back in the ILGA session this week with Amendment #8 filed.  They bypassed committee on HB1016 and sent it straight to the floor for debate.  

Should be on the House calendar Tuesday 11/29/2016.

Lets give em hell guys.

I just emld the following to the list of all Reps & Senators

As someone who represents your constituents, you MUST oppose this expensive, redundant worthless legislation.

The implementation of this bill would cost more than US$2 million dollars in administrative expenses to our state (as the bill itself correctly acknowledges), even more than this amount in onerous licensing to legitimate businesses, and prevents Illinois residents from exercising a federally protected right. There is no value to the content of this bill since the target activity is monitored at the federal level.

I strongly urge you to *NOT* not support this bill during floor debate and if called for vote you must vote NO!!
