John does excellent work. I'm not sure how close you might be to him but if you do end up shipping it, he is in IL.

I'd highly recommend him. His turn around is usually pretty quick. I've had him shorten several barrels for me and he usually has them back in the mail the same day they arrived or the next day. He communicates very well via e-mail and my cutdowns/barrel theading were around $65 per barrel plus shipping. |
