Rareammo.com is doing free shipping over $100.  They had a policy of not shipping to Cook County but on another page it showed all you need is a FOID.  So I called and spoke with the nicest women on earth..her name was Paula, and she did some research and now will change the policy.  I never got better customer service from anywhere until now.  Thank you Paula.

So if you live in cook county and need to buy ammo I recommend the free shipping sale they got now it ends on 06/30/2015.
