Any dealers on here in Illinois that have an 01 and sot? If so can you stock and sell suppressors to people in states where they are legal? Are you able to demo them or take them to shoots as an 03 sot?

Sure  PKFirearms a site sponsor is a Class 3 Dealer Manufacturer right here in down state IL.  Yes they get legally shot here too.

As a FFL/SOT I cannot stock suppressors. In Illinois you must be a manufacturer or ammo manufacturer. to possess and sell suppressors.

That is correct.  A Type 7 SOT can stock sell and shoot them in IL but not regular class 1.
