Some people are over 90 days with prints and no explanation for the delay. This is Illinois. It's not like they process them in any kind of order or anyone can make sense out of how things are done in Springfield. |

The state clearly says it could take up to 90 days with prints, and 120 days without them. Some of you guys that did not submit prints seem to be crying over the fact it's taking a little longer to receive your license. I filed with no prints, full well knowing it'd take longer to receive than if I got them.
