Missouri case net kind of lets you do a background check on people.

Just wondering if Illinois has the same type of service online.

Some counties have systems like this:

http://webapp.mcleancountyil.gov/webapps/PublicAccess/pubac_main.htm

Only offenses committed in this county will show up in the above system though.

There is also an ILDOC website, but I think that is only for inmates that are currently incarcerated.
