Those of you that keep up with politics will remember Sam McCann as the Senator that submitted the bill to kill the FOID card and as a great supporter of the 2nd amendment. Now State Senator Sam McCann(R) is asking for your help in helping more of the 2nd amendment supporters to win in the November elections. Help yourself, get out and vote and tell Quinn and Madigan and the rest of the gun hating liberals that this is our state, and we will win. |

If you vote for a democrat at the state level, you get more of the same even if your state rep or senator is pro 2A. Your vote for 2A policies may get a start, but everytime you support a democrat down the line that democrat will vote for madigan or cullerton, who will kill your desires. Its only follows that a vote for a democrat nullifies your 2A desires.

This is true.
I hear some people say they are voting for a candidate that supports the 2nd amendment but belongs to the Democratic party. That person is supporting the Democratic party and whatever the agenda of the heads of that party. So a vote for the lowest state representative of senator just gives Obama, Pelosi, Quinn and Madigan more power and money to destroy your rights. If you vote for them, you deserve what you get. Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty .... The Morning Daylight appears plainer when you put out your Candle. ... My state Rep Mautino (D), the only Dem I vote for, voted for conceal carry.
This is a good thing because he has the job as long as he wants it. The guy who had the job before him was his dad. I do believe my Sen (Rezin) is pro gun, she's new, we'll see. |

Agreed. Only way we will ccw is if Republicans sweep Senate and house and governor.
