Mike Rowe

My wife & I are active on another web site trying to get concealed carry for IL.
We retired early from our Photography business in Carmi IL and now fight full time (unpaid) for Gun Rights in this goofed up state.
We both love to camp, hunt, fish and shoot.
We are board members at Carmi Rifle Club and range officers there as well as NRA Basic Pistol instructors.
We love all things shooting
Live in Deep Southern IL below I-64.
If you have heard of IGOLD, you should have heard of Valinda Rowe! Her idea of a fund day is running 80 rounds through her beloved AR-15!

Hi all.

New guy here from NorthWest burbs

Just finished building my first AR - Spikes upper and lower, 14.5 LW barrel with dynacomp, PSA LPK, Magpul goodies

also have a 20" Saiga 7.62x39 - I converted it to AK look and scoped, have couple shotguns, and couple handguns as well

Was in IDF 1993-1996, no other training since then, looking to brush up on some old forgotten skills, take a class or two and have fun. Benchrest shooting is borring :)

My name is Scott, and I live in Tinley Park, Illinois. I am a proud 4th generation Union Carpenter.

I am currently in the middle of putting my first AR15 together, or any rifle for that matter.

Hey there! Newbie from the NW burbs. Single 40ish chick. I'm a Dilbert cube-dweller in the office.

Came here from an interest in disaster prep. I've done some good things already (especially with my documents and such), but still have a lot to learn.

Looking forward to possibly meeting some of you some time.

I live in the Elgin area but work downtown Chicago (Right in the loop) as an Infrastructure Tech for one of the many companies down there
Own more guns for my age then most people do and plan on many more, getting into building AR's now after purchasing my first AR this summer. I'm still new to the hobby, but have been well taught by people with years of experience in the Military. Plan on leaving next year for the Army as 31B (MP).

New to the AR-15 but not new to firearms
My wife bought me my AR as a wedding present back in the middle of Nov and I've been dieing to shoot it but I dont have the property to shoot at home or the money for a membership. I used to shoot at my parents house but they moved to WI. Does anybody know of a range that is open this time of year? I know Bffalo Range just closed for the season. Is there any where else?
