For some reason the latest version of ATF NFA pdf forms from their site are NOT fillable.

I found this site on-line, it provides several of the forms including F1 and F4.
No relation, no endorsement, no remuneration, just passing along a handy link.

Thanks for this. Perfect timing. Just bought an MP5 clone and will be SBRing it right away. Any ideas on the best option for getting fingerprints in Vegas and passport photos?

Walgreens can do your photos. Not sure on your prints but I'm betting you are stuck with metro.

I believe you can just do the prints yourself if you have the correct cards from ATF.
Around here they are all scanned now.

Just got back from there; $23 for two cards and two photos, and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Only open 9-5, but still better hours than metro.
