Davidson's currently shows them as allocated so they are going to be spread fairly thin for now.  Probably just have to talk to one of the higher volume dealers (usually get more guns allotted to them) and get on their waiting list.

Saw one in juggernaut arms in sparks a week or so ago.

It didn't last long.

Found one at NW arms Tues. This thing is the dumbest firearm I've bought in a decade.. no practical purpose. But it never fails to make me smile purely from a pissing the ATF off standpoint.
