Don't forget you can actually form 1 explosive devices too which means I can make and have explosives easier than weed. I am sorry but there is no logical argument to back that up.

I believe the atf revised the form one for explosive devices to require an fel. I think this is in part due to ar15.com member wingnut form 1ing a grenade

What is a fel? I was thinking more about the pipe bombs that are being sold now.

Federal exposives license
Much like an ffl

In its latest release of the Form 1, the ATF has invoked the Wingnut Rule.

As evidenced by this image, you now have to not only state WHAT kind of DD you are making, but also provide a Federal Explosives License number as well and detail the kind of explosive you're using.  I kind of take a perverse pride in having largely been responsible for this being made a new information box.

The Wingnut Rule: "What the FUCK? You're not supposed to do THAT"

I also already voted, how many more days before I can turn on a radio again without being assaulted with campaign sewage?

Yes Trump, NO to ALL the "Initiatives"!

Q1, just WHO is in charge here, we the people through OUR elected reps, or any socialist scum with enough money to buy the "Initiative" they want to impose on us?
Anyone remember the threads on the larceny and assault committed by the punks circulating the petition?
Q1 never should have been put on the ballot with all the "Irregularities" committed to qualify it.
Remember who approved it, and vote for her opponent.
Even if Q1 was another issue entirely, one that would create the type of nirvana claimed for it I would still oppose it due to the way it is being crammed down our throats.

F' the dope for all BS.
It's a clear $cam, will NOT raise funds for schools, the funds will be shuffled around just like Kalifornicate'ya and their lottery money.
If you want to be foolish enough to legalize dope just make it legal in an honest manner, let the dopers grow their own.
I have relatives in Colorado, dope got legal and crime got WORSE, the opposite of the proponents claimed result.

F' misleading "Deregulation" that is actually an invite for subsidies and higher cost.
Really annoyed that I had to vote against what was claimed to be a "Free Market" charade.
I've seen what this did in KA, if you care about MORE power lines being run across the landscape for the "New deregulated" power companies vote NO.
If you do not want your bill going UP to pay for all the newly required infrastructure vote NO.
If you don't want to find yourself paying to subsidize some liberals solar, vote NO.
Also remember that despite all the KA "Deregulation" they are still having brown-outs and so now trying to build more power plants, but only in Nevada!
So much for the common claim that "Deregulation" will stabilize our energy needs.
This is really another "Gimme mo free schidt at public expense" for the casinos as a start.
Knowing how the casinos kept us from raising funds to fight Q1 I'm not feeling particularly generous toward them right now.

Obviously vote against Dingy Harry's stand-ins at ALL levels.

For starters we need three things to happen in Nevada.

1. Trump.

2. Heck.

3. No on Question 1.

Then we might stand a chance.

This is a given.

Going to the polls in about an hour and haven't done much research.

Can some fill me in (basically tell how to vote on the other issues)

Thanks

Quoted: Legal weed will lead to legal heroin just like legal firearm ownership will put a full auto into a child's hands.

The basis of what you reference is from the rhetoric about legalizing weed simply because it's a flower/plant anybody can grow.  By that same argument anybody can grow opium poppies so why should one remain illegal and not the other?
