If you're really up shit creek, I recommend Michael Pariente of Pariente Law.
Got me through a bad scrape with no points and everything reduced to two parking violations. Best, JBR |

You can likely handle the matter yourself simply by talking to the prosecuting attorney yourself and negotiating. You'll have to contact the municipality's city attorneys' office to find out who's been assigned the violation. You can ask it be amended to a parking violation, pay the fine and that's it. You can negotiate out traffic school. Of course it's a matter of what your time is worth since you will have to put in the time for phone calls and leg work, vs. paying an attorney who is already contacting the courts and associated prosecuting attorneys on a regular basis.
