A good friend has an AR15 and used to live in NV.  He got a job in CA, moved, and left the AR with a friend in Vegas.  The job went permanent and he has no need for his AR any more.  He sold it to a guy in SC, but the SC dealer won't receive direct from an individual- it must come from a FFL.  My friend found a  NV FFL to do the transfer, but the guy wants $75 PLUS expenses.

Know of anybody better to take in an AR and ship it to SC?
