Was he a good Demo of is he just a drunken hypocrite. Apparently he was arrested for a DUI outside the Legislature building with a 22 Pistol in his pocket. If I remember the article correctly back in Feb.

He risked losing re-election by voting our way on the gun bill that Gov. Sandoval ultimately vetoed last session.
