Also its ironic that Goodman and Woodbury are the biggest water users in the county and both were or are on the water board....

Lake mead is a Water STORAGE facility. It's level is controlled by two valves - the inlet &the outlet.

It is a man made facility, and it's level is completely arbitrary. It is controlled by the FEDS. Remember that every time some local festering sore on the ass of humanity politician or newscaster runs their cockholster about lake levels.
