I own a pool service and repair company. I have a customer who had a blown motor and I quoted a price on installation of a new one, they said install it so I did. It's now 40 days later and no payment for the motor has been made. The homeowner is demanding to see my invoice and is acting like an ass. My 2 options are...
1. Go tomorrow and pull my motor out and kiss the account goodbye (I don't mind losing the account).
2. Knock on the door and possibly get into a verbal altercation with this turd (his wife and kids both hate him, he's a real jackass).
Either one of those options if he tells me to get off his property I lose the motor....will my option be taking him to small claims or could I call Metro right then and there, produce the invoice showing I bought the motor and pull it while they are there? I have a feeling Metro won't show for something like this.....
