I've gotten several random parts from lock and load,
new frontier armory has some stuff theyre in north lv theres also black rifle and the other one over on cassia in henderson |

Less common than a lot of parts people have laying around ? That's my take on it, maybe you have a dozen of both and bushels of the rest .

Did you ever find an end plate? I have about a thousand (ok, maybe just like 20). You can have one for free if you want/need. No spare castle nuts though, sorry.
