Yea or nay?  Will be vacationing on Washington Island in September.  Plan on hitting Rock Island State Park while I'm there.  Not a huge issue, just want to make sure I'm not tripping some obscure Wisconsin statute.  Probably won't even bother with carrying but just want to know my options.

I have an Iowa permit which Wisconsin recognizes.

Love visiting your state.  Been there many times.   Was in Mad City for a wedding last weekend.  There's just something about Wisconsin liquor stores.

Thanks.  So I can carry, but not discharge it.  Interesting.

Obviously if the need for self defense were to arise that would be alright.

I'm sure they use that language to prevent people from target shooting.
