Any LGS around Madison/Janesville/Delevan with cheap lowers for sale?

Or a FFL that does less than $25 transfers for lowers?

NAPA auto parts guy in mt horeb has the lowest transfer rates of anyone in the area. Last year, I got 3 anderson lowers, $35 fee for all. I think his normal fee is $15 per long gun, don't remember handgun. He's listed with gallery of guns and some others, and if you ask, he'll email you a copy of his FFL to send to anyone he's not listed with.

Think Armageddon Supplies in Janesville has some Andersons. May wanna call 1st. Max Creek (Oregon) and Dam Rd I'd call and ask.
