Unfortunately, the easiest way to rebuild a farm system is by trading assets, not through the draft. Our favored son, Lucroy, is an extremely valuable chip, but considering his insanely club-friendly contract, he's almost untradable. GoGo should be moved, but other than that, there aren't many guys who would bring back the severely needed org depth. Lind, Lohse, and ARam should all be traded. None of them are on horrible contracts, and are useful pieces, but can't really be considered difference-makers.
Attanasio is a pretty solid guy to have at the helm, though. Over the past few years, they took a well timed shot or two, emptying the system, and now we're seeing the end of it. All I know is that I hope the Brewers are quicker to realize where they are at, and not pull a Ruben Amaro, Jr series of non-decisions and lose all trade value.
