Waukesha Walmart had Federal 22 Bulk packs around 1230 today. There were 7 left. Guess the neckbeards don't make it out in the cold. What the hell is a neckbeard? https://pbs.twimg.com/media/A_RBcSSCUAE1xhX.jpg Laughed so hard at this Walmart in hartford usually has x39 in stock and steel cased 5.56/.223 |

Walmart in Rhinelander was well stocked with ammo yesterday. Plenty of .223/5.56, 7.62X39, .308, and pistol ammo (9, .40, .38, .380, .45, .44). The ammo cabinet was as full as it's ever been pre-panic. One glaring exception.... the top shelf that holds the rimfire was bare. Not a single round of .22.
Gun rack was full of ARs. Windham, Colt, Sig. Some tacticool shotguns too. Clerk said ARs aren't selling much anymore, neither is ammo, except for .22lr (which sells out within hours after it comes in). I was there at about 1pm. He said dozens of people had already asked him about .22 that morning. |
|
Walmart in South Milwaukee has plenty of ammo too. No 38/357 or good 22 just Winchester white box. Other than that the cabinet is full

If you really got to have some .22LR now, and cost isn't a factor, here you go. Gotta warn you though... it's cheaper at the gun shows. The 325 rnd can of Federal Champion that is now "out of stock", was "in stock" a few days ago, for only $99. 250 rnd pack of Tula is only $37.79, and 100 rnd box of CCI mini-mags is a "steal" at only $14.59. Don't forget, they have cut-rate shipping prices too.
Cheaper than what? |

525 Federal .22lr, Cabelas / on-line.

Midwestern and Bill's in Lomira both had H335 today. Bills also had H110 for the other 300blk guys.

Dick's in Grafton had a ton of UMC 9mm at around $14/box just yesterday. A good supply of UMC .45 ACP at around $22/box too.
I don't need any, but just thought you would like to know. |

Was in Scheels in Appleton yesterday and saw a gentleman buying an 8# of H335. When I asked what else he had in stock, it was very limited. Had some one pound jugs of H335, and IMR 8208XBR that I asked about but not a whole lot more. I took a pound of the XBR and left the rest. Also grabbed some 55 grain Varmageddon projectiles. There was a limited selection of other projectiles. Mostly 55 gr and under. I also noticed a few 1k round boxes of ammo sitting on the shelf for 399. Not a horrible price, but I left it there.
Stopped by Shooter's Supply today in Lomira around 1pm. I asked about 4 or 5 powders that I was interested in. The guy helping me couldn't remember them all so he took me into the "Employees Only" restricted area and told me to grab what I wanted. I picked up a pound each of H335, Reloder 15 and IMR 8208 XBR. There was a shockingly large amount of one pound jugs of Varget and H335. There were quite a few others and even some 8# jugs. No bullets to be had though. A short drive south, I checked out Cabela's in Richfield. They had the Hornady 75 gr BTHP bullets I've been looking for. Picked up 100 of those and left about 1k or so on the shelf. I noticed that they had quite a variety of projectiles available. Didn't check on powder. There was some loaded ammo available but no great deals to be had. Semi-panic prices. |

Gander Mountain in Sheboygan has Remington Bucket of Bullets (.22lr) for $69.99. There are 1,400 rounds in each bucket. They had about 15 left. One per person.
|
|
Cabelas in Richfield had 110gr VOR-TX and 220gr Rem. subs (yellow/green box) for 300 blackout when I was there Wednesday - I bought some.

Picked up some 5.56 Independence at the Gander Mt. in Waukesha. 200 rounds for 100 bucks. Was at MWI a few weeks back and they had some good deals on BCG's and Pmag's forgot the prices but they were not bad.

Their 9mm and .45 stuff is good too. http://www.freedommunitions.com/category-s/1917.htm Otherwise use: http://gunbot.net/ammo/rifle/223/ Even with shipping you'll save yourself a minimum of $0.10 per round. |

I was at the Fleet Farm in Steven's Point last week, and found a great deal on a 150 round box of 62 grain, I'm pretty sure they were American Eagle, in the box made to look like an ammo can. It was on sale for $65, which I thought was a great deal. The exact same box was $85 at cabellas and Gander. I pretty much don't but 5.56 unless its close to $0.40/round. |

I saw they had empty 1LB canisters on the shelf but I didn't ask what they actually had in stock. BTW did anyone catch the "I love it outdoors" episode when Dan and Dave shot at Holmen? Holmen 3-Gun It's pretty cool how they well they edit the episodes. |

I have gotten A1680 at Cabelas and also at Daane's in Oostburg. At the latter they took my name down and when some came in months later, they called to see if I was still looking for it. Great prices, too

Scheels in Appleton has .22LR in stock. Remington Target and Thunderbolt 50rd boxes. I picked up two of the Remington Target for my 22/45.

Im sure I could find cheeper but only online unless you would like to let me in on some deals You can order 5.56/.223 on line for about $.40 per round. Cabelas just had it for that a couple of weeks ago. Their more common price is $.45 per round which happens quite regularly. If you get up to Richfield often, the shipping to the Cabelas store is free and it is in stock for $.40-$.45 per round almost continuously. Others offer free shipping to your door specials. |

Cabela's Richfield had CCI 22LR lead bullets and 22 shorts in stock today. $9.99 per 100 rds, 1 box per customer. About 20 boxes left at 3PM
