THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT I thought I'd share this because this wasn't a place I figured I would see this. What does everyone else think of that? |

I thank all the good folks across the country who support The Highground and all those who continue to do so...
I got back a whole lot more than I ever gave to it. Also I am from Marshfield,WI so I was close by and many others drove thousands of miles to be there to help out...some still do. |

Sounds like a really nice place. Drove by many times. However, as long as they have a no weapon policy, this veteran won't be stopping by. We're good enough to bear weapons for our country, but not to protect ourselves? I just don't understand it.

I was there a few years back. My girlfriends family placed 3 stones there. I got to hold a flag as part of the circle ceremony. I have never served, my brother did, and so did my grandpa. It was indeed a very humbling experience.

I have never served but thought of all places where firearms would be in capable hands... BTW, Thanks to all for their service to this country! |
