These are good classes guys. I've already expended this years class budget, but I still plan on trying to stop down for a day to say hi to old friends and maybe take some pictures. Classes are really good for mindset and weapons techniques and manipulations to be better with your weapon and allow one to focus on what's important should they be in a fight.
Hope some of you guys take the opportunity to go to one or both of these. |

Hello,
I've signed up for both courses and just wondered if anyone knew the location of the range that we will be using in Black River Falls? Thanks |

Thanks Yeah, I believe it's the Law Enforcement range on Hawk Island Road. Take Hwy 27 south from Black River Falls. When you pass the airport take the road going west (That's Hawk Island) range is like half mile on the left hand side. Long driveway ETA: https://www.google.com/maps?ll=44.246043,-90.848287&spn=0.002563,0.006539&t=h&z=18 That is the range. |

IMO go to Idaho Elk hunting. I was leaning for that but work made my mind up for me. IMTS is the week I would have gone, so I think I'm going to sign up for the class. I'll at least learn something in the class, other than walking uphill in high altitude sucks ![]() |

Thanks for the help guys, at least I know where to go. Still have not got much of anything back from E.A.G. or YES regarding the course particulars. Hopefully it is still a go, been looking forward to training with Pat Rogers for some time.

I have worked and trained with Pat several times. He is one of the very top tier instructors available to us mere mortals. I highly recommend his classes.

Anyone taking these courses got any details from E.A.G. or YES? I signed up back in early July and have not get anything from them other than a few e-mails from the gal at YES saying she would be sending details soon.

Pat will NOT be teaching the classes.
Hi, XXXXXXXXXXX Course information for the Pistol L2 and/or Carbine 2 Course, Black River Falls, is attached. If you haven't sent a check, money order or credit card information please contact me right away. Also, a note from Pat: I regret that I cannot make it to Black River Falls this year, but EAG will. I have some medical issues which are serious, and I need to get them squared away. Mike Hueser will handle the classes and for those of you who do not know him, he is a First Class Instructor and delivers a great class He teaches by the EAG playbook and says *fuck* more than I do. If this is not acceptable, we understand and we'll provide a refund if you do not attend. I sincerely apologize, but I have no choice in this matter. S/F Pat sends" Let me know if you have any questions. Enjoy the class! Donna |

Mike is the real deal and anyone who goes will learn a shit load. He is one of the best instructors you never heard of... He has been Pat's Partner for many years. He know how to teach and get you to shoot your best.
Pat will be fine, he's to tough to die... |

I've attended an EAG class. Pat is obviously the better known of the crew, but Mike is just as good an instructor. You will not be disappointed in the quality of the instruction. Unfortunately, the CEO would not sign my purchase order for this class or I'd be there.

I learned more in the last two days about fighting with a handgun than I'd learned all the years I'd been shooting previously. I'd been putting off training and putting off training, I always had an excuse as to why I couldn't afford the time or the money, and now that I've had this experience I'm going to do my best to make the time and the money for some future courses. Mike was great. Everyone in the class was great. Met some good people and I hope I'll see them again in a future class. |

Great classes, Mike was a fantastic instructor and a super bunch of guys in both Handgun 2 and Carbine 2. I'll be back next time E.A.G. is in the area!
