The beer.

I like Ranger.  There are a lot of things you can't taste.  Racism, sexism, homophobia and political affiliation included.

I think the last beer worth while they made was ~2010, called Mothership Wit. Wasn't even an IPA, more of a spicy wheat beer.

Their IPAs are fairly bland across the board imo. There's way tastier  - and local - IPAs you can get for the same amount of coin they demand. They've become too big, too mainstream, which thus means their entire brewer base is filled with marketers (than experienced brewers) who care more for making up new bogus beers with cool looking logos, and are out of touch with what is and isn't trash. That they're mainstream masks this, theyll get customers either way simply because they've established their brand, not because it's actually "that much better" compared to everything else CO has to offer. Kind of like why Coors is still around.

This happened many years ago.  I first tried NB, and met the original owners, back when they were still making it in their basement and only sold it in 22oz bottles.  Fat Tire was way different than it is today, they made it bland to appeal to the masses.

2 Rascals is still the best beer.

My favorite is the Irish Red but the IPA is their most popular. It's a less hoppy, more traditional IPA and is darned good too.

I like the new Voodoo Ranger better than the old Ranger. But I'd rather drink an IPA from Odd 13. Odell IPA is still really good, as always.

Bristol makes good stuff.  Pro military too.

I mean... World Peace Death Ray was good, and I do like me some laughing lab, but Bristol doesn't hold a candle to New Belgium in terms of beer lineup. New Belgium also makes world-class sour beers.
