Trying to make sure it's for that and not just avoiding CLEO sign off. A Form 5 eliminates the need for any $$ to ATF for estate transfer. The trust route was taken long before this, specifically to go around unfriendly NFA sheriffs. Wasn't aware anyone needed to justify why they wanted one. |
