My BIL is moving to the Denver area shortly.  He owns no handguns but does have a marlin model 60 gift to him from me.  Can he bring this in when he moves?  & what are the laws he needs to be aware of?  To save your research - semi-auto 22LR with 14 rnd tubular mag.  Thank you in advance for your help.

There's no restrictions on 22 or most if not all bolt or lever guns. web search is your friend.
