I love this state.

So been here about a month and half now, and every day it gets better.

I mean shit, this trailhead is less than five minutes from my house

This one's twenty

this one is an hour and change

There's plenty of awesome ways to spend one's cash

And I get to buy things here I couldn't touch with a ten foot pole where I'm from

And some I could, but hey they're new so I'm gonna show off

Now I may miss the interstate being reminiscent of Death Race 2000, and well, the seafood could use a little work (

) but everybody has been damn friendly to me, both inside the shooting community and out. I know eventually it'll become routine, but while I still have the awe I just wanted to say damn, I can't see why people would want to leave.

That's some nice scenery. Your choice of vehicles and location may change, after 2-3 days of good snow. Nice choice in hand guns, oh yeah welcome. Seafood? when we moved here asking for a slice of pie, they said, apple or cherry. You'd be lucky to find a 3-4 month date expired box of Mr's Pauls fish sticks, in the frozen food bins
Chinese restaurants CLOSED on Thanksgiving AND Christmas. Man i miss those days.

BTW what is the name of the lake that you took the 3rd pic from? I'd like to see it in person.

Great scenery...wonderful place to live, I lived in Littleton when I was a kid from 1957-1963 before the family moved back to Texas. I hate to see Colorado getting F......d up by all the libs that have moved there. Hope you guys can get rid of Hickenweasel this year

If i were to guess I would say near frisco, but I'm new here to! Only been once in the summer/fall so it looks different than my uncountable trips during snowboarding season.

ETA: Looks like I was referencing the 4th pic. Either way Im probably still very wrong.
