He has his reasons, and it would be better not to speculate.
He can respond if he likes, he has not been banned. This is all I am going to say, and I would prefer that speculation cease, just let him know in here that he is missed. I will see about sending him a link incase he misses this thread. |

I really enjoyed his "new to Colorado" adventuring perspective and enthusiasm. Was thinking about hooking him up with some classic easy climbs, but he had that "sign this paper" deal as I recall.
I wish him and his family well. |

I wonder how far he's trekked through the 14'ers? I really enjoyed his post on that quest.

My take is that he was the official AR15 guy/representative.
I remember when he met with COHTF on a visit to "check out" Colorado. From that point on, for atleast a number of months, I speculated that he lived on this site. Much due respect to Matt, and I'll alway have my memories with Opie. |

I saw him about a month ago, he's doing fine. He lives a couple miles from my house. I think he's done around 12 - 14ers so far. Not as much as me. :)
I'd say focusing on his family and life are taking priority over surfing the net. I am one of the people that showed him around Colorado a couple years ago. Says he likes Colorado a lot better than Virginia. |
