Trying to find a damn place that refills propane tanks is like trying to get Obama to step down as president.  Sheesh.
Anyone know of a good place to refill tanks?  Thanks in advance.

ETA:  Looking in the Parker/ Centennial area or that area

Rental place just south of the library in Castle Rock. Very fair on price and every 4th fill is free.

Wow when I lived in Lakewood, there was an RV storage place that would refill for like $6/tank.  Haven't found anything in Parker/Aurora/Centennial that's anything close to that.  ;(

The other problem with exchange is that in the last year with the price of all petroleum products going up propane has as well. Blue Rhino and Amerigas exchange programs left their prices the same, but are not filling them to capacity.

Just as a note to all of you. If you trade in you are only getting 13 - 15lbs of propane in the 20lb tank for about 18.00 - 21.00$.

It cost me 12.00 for 20lbs to have my tanks refilled.

Most rental places refill tanks as well as Ace Hardware.

Another reason I don't exchange besides the capacity is the fact that I know how well my tanks have been taken care of and whatnot.  And the place I'm going to this afternoon is over on Parker and Iliff so they're still open!!!!  Seem like nice people too from the phone call.

That would explain why I thought all the tanks were empty when I picked them up..
