XDM compact, extra mag, Kershaw knife, S&W knife, 15-55x monocular, plastic bags, lockpick set, two flashlights, half dozen pens and a handful of spare change.  none of that or at least not much of that is on purpose, it's just what happens to be in the bag at the moment.
