Small town law enforcement can be the best, or it can be the most crooked perversion of the law you've ever seen......
Why isnt the FBI involved in this under color of law abuse? |

I've seen the crooked perversion version, "the end justifies the means" even if the cops don't have any evidence, just a "hunch", which ends up being wrong. I attempted to file a civil rights complaint, was told several months later by the Field Office SAIC that the FBI Agent assigned to my complaint had been investigating me instead of my claims against the Sheriffs Deputies. That was in 1998, I doubt it's gotten any better with the FBI. |

It is interesting that both stories agree he unholstered his firearm, but then reholstered it and got in the vehicle and attempted to drive away. This to me says the man was trying to remove himself from harm, not cause it. If he wanted them dead he'd have shot all of them. I don't know any of the people involved, but based on the story presented in those articles I'd vote not guilty. |

He's doing okay. Lots of info at other places on what's been going on. He's working and surviving, The GPS ankle monitor thing is very costly to be able to work and get around to where he needs to.
