What they need to do is put both F3 and the 5320.20 (or whatever the state lines crossing form is) on there. As of 7/13 eforms became useless for new forms. Sometime in 2018 maybe...

You guys that have had Trevor engrave lowers for you, does the lower need to be stripped? Just want to get the NFA info on it. Nothing else.

When I did mine he was at the old place.
I'll go out on a limb and guess tat anybody who does this can do a complete lower. But I'll further guess if you want the magwell done, you're going to have to eject the mag.  |

I realize it's a bit early, but has anyone done a paper Form 1 as an individual since 41f went into effect?
I'm thinking about doing one (my first SBR) and the new paper form looks slightly different than any of the ones I'm finding in the various internet tutorials on how to fill it out. For example, there's a new question in section 4 that I don't think applies to me, and it looks like the Certification of Compliance is now integrated with the Form 1. I really don't want to wait several months to get my form kicked back because I forgot to check a box somewhere. I knew I should have done a trust a long time ago and just done an e-file. |

Hoping you're wrong. NFA Tracker trend graph is currently showing about 5-1/2 months for April submissions. We shall see. I am definately not holding my breath on my 3 SBR form 1's submitted in June.

KAC QDC Suppressor - Form 4 Pending 03-24-16 I called the NFA Status Check number to inquire this afternoon, as tomorrow is the 6 month mark on the SBR and 6 months is the current stated time frame when you call. Rachel, the customer service representative, told me that all applications are taking longer to process than the stated time frame, and that they have no other current updated time frame. This wasn't good news, but not surprising either. Then she told me obvious......."All you can do is wait it out." |

I submitted four form 1 SBRs. The day before 41f...they may all get kicked back though. I didnt have the keyboard in CAPS when i rush filled them out.
The two form 4 suppressors... filed day before 41f...the $200 still has not been charged yet...probably still waiting after the silencershop truck load.
I am not even gonna bother thinking about them. |
