I'll soon be picking up a German made Walther PPK/S .22 that I would like to get threaded and have an adapter/extension made to use with my SiCo Spectre II.  I've found a few places online I could send it out to, but does anyone have a local recommendation that could do a quality job with a relatively quick turnaround?  Thanks.

Isn't the ppk/s .22 already threaded?  You just need to buy the 1/2x28 adapter which you can find just about anywhere for the Walther.  I believe it is the same for the p22.  I have one myself.

I picked up an older '73 Interarms import which does not have the threaded barrel like the new ones.  But I actually found a place that I'll ship it off to, JP Grips.  Their turnaround isn't too bad and they can do exactly what I want.  This is going to turn into one pricey little .22 package lol.

You're probably in Western Wa but if you are in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area, I had great luck with Bull Creek Arms in CdA. $100 and a week. Looks and works great.

No affiliation/YMMV

I've had JD from http://www.highspeedshootingsystems.com to thread a Rem 700.  Looked like a clean job.

I had West Coast Armory thread my 10/22, it cost $125 and he did a nice job.

Tom Liemohn at Liemohn Mfg. (C2 FFL/SOT) in Kent can do a thread job for around $75.  He's a pleasure to work with too.

Rainier Arms threaded one of my AI barrels for $60, cheapest place I found.
