Anyone know who the AFT examiner is for Washington State?  On day 39 of the wait for my Form 1. Seeing guys posting approvals with 30 or so day wait times has made me a bit anxious.

From talking to guys who have got theirs, the wait range is anywhere between 22 and 45 days.

pretty sure examiners aren't assigned by state anymore. There's been threads in the NFA sub forums...

As far as approval times, if you did a eForm 1 they seem to be right around 35 days of late....but it's the ATF so you NEVER know until you get the email...

I think as of late the wait has bumped up to 40 days.  So you could see something tomorrow.  Let us know if you do!

First one was 30 days, two in process now one at 31 days and one at 34 days.  I think the time is increasing as more people are submitting forms.

It's gone up in the last few weeks. Probably as more people use it. A buddy got his back in 31. My boss is at 37, and a customer is at 40.

Um... I'm going to ask what is likely a stupid question, but you did E-File right?

My FFL shop insists that e-file is down.  Did it just start up again, or what?

Form 1's and a few others are still up. Form 4's were taken down last year and are still down.

enjoy it while it lasts with F1...all the relevant forms are going buh-bye as soon as 41p is enacted.

I doubt that'll happen, but we'll see

yeah, ATF would never do anything extra-Constitutional. Noooo.  Obama is both making law and appropriating money...singularly, from the executive branch. We've got a defacto dictatorship which, to me, says that 41p is a certainty. Dunno if it will be exactly like the proposed rule or not, but these are people who don't care what the courts or congress says. They just do whatever the hell they want....and they HATE guns.

Second stamp came in yesterday at 40 calendar days.  One more in the system currently at 38 days.  The two approved both have different examiners.  I don't think there assign specific states to eFile examiners.
