Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Creating a SBR under 21

I need some pointers for anyone who has created an sbr that is under 21. I know it's been done before however we are in Washington and I don't how to proceed with submitting a Form 1. Any locals with advice would be great.

As far as I know you can make or receive an SBR from someone other than a dealer.  Just fill out the form 1 as usual.  You will need to answer yes for block 10d, just include another piece of paper with your birth date on it so they know you are 18 or over.
