If he was parking in a regular space (that wasn't legally "off limits" or something like that) I would agree with him giving them the business and telling them to take a hike. Someone telling me I can't park in a valid spot would receive a polite but assertive sort of "piss off".

Yeah, I got tired of their pompous attitudes and crappy tables about that same time, after being a member for about 20 years. It was when they hired some new Security guy around that time, and his overzealous ramblings in their monthly news rag turned my stomach so much I figured we could part ways. I don't like Nazis.

After this year, i'll not renew. In the past we've gotten some good stuff. Lately all I see is crap.
We make a game of it, two versions. Hieght / wieght porporsionate. Hot chicks for me,Hot guys for her. Each has the power to veto but must have cause. Vendors are sometimes excluded. And then the duck in the desert. I'll go to the next few in Monroe. A guy was selling stock blanks at one time. Like to find him again |

Went to Puyallup today.
Same mostly overpriced crap, guys trying to sell ARs as 'preban' for twice what they are worth. Bought some clips for my garand and an anderson lower from surplus ammo and arms. Both were priced decently but it would have been closer and easier for me to just go to their store. I still have another year on my membership but I doubt I'll renew. I hardly get out to the shows and when I do I'm usually disappointed. |
