So does anyone know what the laws are regarding building your own handgun range on your property in the country area of graham? Just got a nice little property and want to build one. Theres a rifle range about 5 miles from me. Just want to set something up in my back yard for some target shooting and proficency increasing drills. Any help would be appreciated. Also willing to trade beers and bbq for labor if and when I set this up.

PM me your address if you do not know how to check. Next you need to ensure you have a good solid backstop that will contain all rounds fired. Also, how much land do you have, how close are your neighbors, and are they gun friendly? All these things come into play.
