Hoping to move into the Delaware Water Gap area soon. I mean real soon.

Any areas I should avoid? Any areas I should look into. Same goes for HOA/gated communities.

I'm into target shooting, fishing (c&r only), kayaking.

Oh yeah....................guess I should mention I'm a leg amputee and stairs are not my friend.

Give Wild Acres in Dingmans Ferry a look
7 lakes
2 heated outdoor pools
1 indoor pool
Very proactive (Police) Public Safety

I am in Milford/dingmams I live in a HOA now..but honestly would not do it again. But at the time we bought what we could afford.

Smart move. Moved here10 years ago. Are you looking at having a home built or are you looking for an existing home. DV school district is highly ranked, in sure you can do a search and see that for yourself.

Looking for already built for year round living. I have no kids so schools won't matter. I would prefer a single floor home as I'm a leg amputee. A HOA is not out of the equation provided it's a good one.
