As the title states, is there anyone doing Glock frame work in Delaware, Chester etc. counties?

If you know of any a link to their website/FB etc would be appreciated.

I'd like to see if there is anyone good locally before sending it off to be done.

I wish but I don't know of anyone. I sent all my frames to Cold Bore Customs in Texas who does great work.

You'd think there would be someone around but I guess not.

I just sent a 17 to Damato stippling in AZ.  He did a couple M&P's for me in the past.  Great work and reasonable lead times.
