TLDR - Moved a parent into the MIlford area.

I have a CT permit - Was looking to get a non-resident...

Tried Pike, Wayne and Monroe, neither 3 will issue a non-resident...

I shoot ELR locally almost every other weekend - Unfortunately, the range is located in Pike.

Any suggestions? - It worth the drive to Scranton?

you don't need a permit to transport a gun to the range.

List of PA counties that issue non-resident permits.

From the counties I am sure of that issue/do not issue non-resident license this list seems to be accurate.

Hope this helps.
