Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Quality tattoos around Harrisburg Area?

Looking to get some work done, was wondering if anyone has first hand experience with a tattoo artist that does quality work around the Harrisburg/Mechanicsurg/Carlisle area? I am certainly willing to travel for good ink so any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance!

I've been wondering about that myself.
Looking around the web, 717 Tattoo seems to have some quality artists.
(Some female and attractive! )
They have several locations around the area.
My issue is I want to get some cover work done.

Place in Eldred, PA called Phenomenon. I've gotten 3 from there. Awesome people and fantastic work.

I'm actually going to get a new one on the 5th.
