Just received an email from DCFS that Mr Hughey passed.
I recently did my first transfer with him a few months back.

He seemed like a really nice guy.

For those that click on here and don't know who Dick was, he was an FFL and long time member the Del. County Field and Stream Gun Club.  He was a kind man and always happy to help you get whatever you need.  He will be missed by the shooting community and all who knew him.

He was a good guy.  Had many FFL transfers with him.  As a member of DCFS, I would see him overtime I walked into the clubhouse.

A real staple of the club.
