ALLENTOWN, Pa. -
Officials say the son of Allentown Police Chief Joel Fitzgerald was arrested after he allegedly pointed a loaded gun at two Lehigh County detectives.

According to court documents obtained exclusively by 69 News, 22-year-old Christopher Fitzgerald is out on bail, but facing charges including simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin told 69 News it started with what can be described as a "road rage incident."
