I've been all over the eastern part of PA, and Lehighton was different that anyplace I'd ever been to. It seemed like it was 20 years behind the times. Not necessarily in a bad way either...it very much had a small home-town feel to it.

Cute little downtown area is more or less abandoned. Few shops, but most are closed down.
