Here's yet another reason to not vote for the dis-honorable Senator Arlen Specter.

Reciprocity is one thing: Pennsylvania has formal gun-license reciprocity agreements with 14 states. If you have a permit to carry a concealed weapon here, you can carry that concealed weapon into other states. This summer, a federal amendment that would have loosened the laws even more was defeated, thanks in part to a vote by Sen. Arlen Specter.

Updated 10/24

The Toomey-Sestak race is now a toss up. If anyone was thinking about making a contribution, this looks like a damn good place/time.

Corbett's lead is shrinking.
PA-17 is now likely D (Holden)
It also looks like PA-8's Patrick Murphy is gaining ground.

Updated 10/31

PA-7, PA-8, and PA-11 are now all Toss Ups. (All were previously leaning GOP)

PA-15 is now likely GOP. (Previously Leans GOP)

No excuses, make sure you get out and vote. I have a feeling this is going to be closer than it appears.

My pleasure. I'm glad you are getting some use out of it.

Anyone out there in Patrick Murphy's district may want to make sure their friends and family didn't fall victim to this scheme...

Residents cry foul over ballots

A trio of Bucks County residents backed by the county Republican committee say they have evidence linking Democratic Congressman Patrick Murphy's campaign to a scheme to flood the county voter registration office with fraudulent applications for absentee ballots. ....

I came across something interesting, maybe someone can shed some light on it for me...

On checking the state election returns site I found Altmire losing to Rothfus

Edit
Scratch that, it kept routing me to Allegheny co returns only.

Altmire is definitely vulnerable and voted against health care repeal

The state House Appropriations chairman says he cannot support Gov. Tom Corbett’s proposed $27.3 billion general fund budget proposal because of the cuts in education funding.

"I could not support it as it stands now, with the education cuts,” state Rep. William Adolph, R-Delaware,

Looks like a couple of incumbent Democrats were fired in primary races. While Critz seems like more of a bluedog, Cartwright appears to be on the far left. I'm sure redistricting played a role in both (obviously with Critz-Altmire).

If ever there was a time to revive this thread, it is now.

As of now, it looks like Toomey is on our side and Casey supports a ban.

Time to send Casey to the unemployment line. Not that I voted for him anyway.
