Others will probably be more helpful...

Grice's had just a few (3) when I was there last Friday.
Cabela's had a few; more than three less than ten. (Not exactly central PA, but where I got my M&P15T)
Advanced Arms, LLC in Pittston, 81 S. Main Street, Pittston, (570) 655-4867; had a really nice selection of RRAs when I was there towards the end of summer. Again not central, but the best selection I've seen so far. They also have a bunch of accessories.

BTW; got a not bad price on Federal 5.56 (black box) at Grice's. $211.00 for 500 after tax.

Not Central PA but:

The Handgunner Custom Gunshop in Topton Pa.

I was there this afternoon and he had 8 or 9 on the wall, some NIB S&W's, 2 used Colts and I think 2 DPMS in 308

National in Jersey Shore (20 miles west of Williamsport on 220) has a few including a Colt 6520 for $1050 as I recollect - S&W and others  - good/fair prices - I'd try there first - (570)398-0271 - no accessories that I know of - ask.

Gander Mountain in Williamsport usually has a whole bunch (Bushmaster/S&W/others) - M1A (M14) also - high prices though - no accessories that I've ever seen.

Bob Army & Navy in Clearfield usually has a few and some accessories - not too many.

Miller's in Mill Hall might have a couple - iffy - no accessories - (570)726-3030.

I keep suggesting these guys:
Layman's Gun Store in East Prospect York County. This is south central PA. They had approx. six
complete ar's plus stripped lowers, parts kits for 5.56 and .308 Magazines and other parts. They have an AR15 that is a 9mm that takes factory glock mags. Nice people good prices.

Layman's Gun Shop
72 West Maple Street,
East Prospect, PA 17317
(717) 252-1288

Freedom Armory
They had a few AR's, a ton of accessories and a range where you can shoot your new toy.
Nice people.

We do have about 15 AR's in stock right now(at Layman's) but we did sell the oly AR that took the glock mags. We had two of them, but they did sell pretty quick. We do still have stripped lowers, and new bushy's, Stag's, DPMS's, and S&W's.

Why not just order your own and have it sent to your FFL?  That's what I did when I bought my last one  I got a great price that way also.

I saw a few on the wall at French Creek Outfitters this evening. There's no telling what will be left by the end of the week. They had SOCOM-style .308s (I think?) in various flavors, too. It isn't Central PA by any stretch of the imagination but the price of gas is going down, you know?
