I am looking for towbar requirements / guidelines in reference to ARS Title 28.
Hooking up a car to be towed by another car using a towbar.

What are the dos and don'ts - what is legal, what is not....

Any help from anyone??

I missed this, sorry.  I dont know a ton about the tow bar requirements.  Glad you found what you are looking for.  I know a few guys in Trucks/Tow truck inspections, if you need some other questions answered, let me know.
