I'm planning in seeing the sights over the weekend I'm there, the Grand Canyon specifically..... The Grand Canyon makes a great day trip from the valley. Depending on holiday traffic, go up or come back on 89a(it goes between flagstaff and Sedona) I prefer that as a return route, but if it is dark out just got 17. Dont forget to go to the watchtower at the grand canyon too.. it is 20ish miles east of Grand Canyon Village. |

Hopefully you are staying at the Hilton and not anywhere south in sunnyslope......
