I have all the stuff, the wife got me the 5 gallon northern starter kit a few years back.... have not used it yet.  The funny thing is I have brewed on a 3bbl pro system lol.

I've been extract brewing for about 5 years. Haven't made the jump to the real deal yet. I mostly got into it as a hobby to do with my dad to spend some time together. It is a lot like black rifle disease for sure...

Yep.
I have been brewing beer for over 20 years and making wine (kit) for 7 years.
I don't do all grain, I do partial mash.
I also keg, I haven't bottled in probably over 10 years.

Home brewer checking in. Haven't brewed in quite a while though. Need to put a batch together soon.

That looks like a nice keg set up AZ_SKY. Could you share some details?  I'd like to get a similar set up as bottling full batches gets old quick

Mine is just a store bought setup.
It's an Edgestar unit that I bought almost ten years ago, it has been working great since I got it.
I did have to convert the commercial Sanke coupler to a Ball Lock coupler because I use two 5 gallon Cornelius (Corny) kegs - that's a very easy conversion.
The setup comes with a single body gas regulator, which is fine, but if you are brewing and kegging two different style beers that require different carbonation levels then the single stage regulator needs to be converted to a dual body regulator.

I've been doing all-mash brewing for years. I converted an old fridge to hold 5 cornie kegs, and run both CO2 and nitrogen.

Yeah, it's a lot like BRD...

Is anyone brewing Belgians in the summer? I keep my house at 80° and I'd like to extend my brewing season.

I used to do a lot of home brewing.  Too busy now and it is too easy to buy great beer now.  I used to make a lot of Belgian styles.
